ON WEDNESDAY 1 NOVEMBER WE CHANGED OUR CLINICAL SYSTEM. YOUR COOPERATION WHILE WE GET ACCUSTOMED TO THIS NEW SYSTEM IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
SINCE CHANGING OUR CLINICAL SYSTEM WE NEED TO RE-REGISTER ALL OUR EXISTING ONLINE PATIENTS ON THE NEW ONLINE SYSTEM. YOU CAN REQUEST THIS VIA RECEPTION IF YOU COME IN TO THE SURGERY (PLEASE BRING PHOTO ID WITH YOU WHEN YOU COME IN).
Please either post or bring in the tear off portion of your computer generated prescription, indicating which items you need repeating. Alternatively call at the surgery in person to order repeats. We regret that we cannot take orders for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this could lead to errors.
You can have your repeat prescription collected from the surgery by most local pharmacies. Please ask at your pharmacy in order to sign up for this service.
You should try and order your repeat prescription when you are on your last two weeks of your medication. This will ensure you give plenty of time for ordering and collection or delivery. Ordering your prescription too early may mean your request will be rejected.
Going on Holiday
Please note the dates of your holiday in the comment section of the request page - we will issue your repeat medication early for holiday purposes only.
Please allow at least 48 hours before collection.
If you require any change to your regular repeat medication when ordering online please use the 'Other Details' box to inform us.
When ordering more than one persons prescription on line, please process and submit them individually. Processing more than one at a time will cause problems in your submission.
Contraceptive Pill and HRT
Prescription requests for the Contraceptive Pill or HRT will not be accepted via this site. Please contact the Surgery for an appointment with the practice nurse for your Pill / HRT check. Thank you.
